Every client has a unique treatment plan. Through one-on-one home support, the client and caregiver will work together to achieve continued independence.
When you get in touch with us, we will ask you some questions and go over your level of care, care options, the cost of service, and consent.
This will also help us better understand how we can help and what care professionals we need to place in the home.
Home care arrangements are determined by your level of care and the care service you wish to have.
A number of services can be provided, including personal care like bathing, toileting, and mobility support.
As part of our nursing services, we offer wound care, tubal assistance, catheter and ostomy care, and nursing assessments.
Meal preparation, transportation and outings, light housekeeping, and laundry can also be provided.
We can supply day, evening, and night care to the home hospital or facility.
Postpartum and respite relief nurses are also available to provide temporary comfort.
We see the value in keeping the same nurse on. Instead of swapping nurses every day, we assign a one-on-one provider who works compatibly with you to meet your needs.
We offer two-hour minimum visits to round-the-clock care 24 hours a day.
As a part of our efforts we provide local HCAs, LPNs, RNs, grief counsellors, and more.
